The host was very welcoming. Apartment is clean and not far from center (and not in Orby!!!). They have all kitchen amenities and host is always in touch to help you. And also there is QUIETE.

Отличные апартаменты! Прекрасная и удобная локация (до моря минут 6 пешком; парк с животными в 1 минуте ходьбы), парковка под шлагбаумом, есть все необходимое для проживания (оборудованная кухня со всей посудой; фен, полотенца, моющие средства). Очень приятный хозяин. В следующую поездку забронировала бы, не задумываясь!)

Очень приятный хозяин. Заселялись прям ночью, без проблем договорились, нас встретили (огромное спасибо!). Квартира - всё как на фото, без неожиданностей. Кондиционер работает, холодильник охлаждает хорошо. Остальным не пользовались.
Единственный (для меня) минус этой квартиры - скрипучая кровать. Но мы с девушкой тяжелые (я 100 кг вешу) и каждый переворот ночью сопровождался скрипом. Сплю крепко, мешало не сильно.

Отличная квартира с идеальным расположением - близость ко всем ключевым точкам в Батуми, близость к морю. Хорошая кухня, вместительный холодильник, мощная газовая плита. Очень просторная квартира. Так же хозяин оставил кофе и турку - это был приятный бонус. Хозяин был на связи, помогал при возникновении вопросов. Спасибо.
