Good value for money. Simple, but comfortable environment, all the necessary thigs are there. Quiet location, very close to the center and the new city districts. Satisfied.
The air conditioner is placed right above the bed - you cannot keep it on at night, lest the hot/cold air blows strait to your face.

Tesis çok merkezi konumda. Evin içi tadilat görmüş yenilenmiş. Klima güzel çalışıyor. Mutfakda istenilen malzemeler mevcut. Yürüyerek sahile 5 dk. Meydana yine 5 dk. Yatak rahat.
Evin bulunduğu avlu çok kısıtlı. Bu yüzden oraya park edemiyorsunuz. Cadde de yoğun bir yer olduğu için park etmek çok büyük sorun. Biz şansa bir yer bulduk caddede. Salonda bulunan tek kişilik koltuğu kaldırın lütfen çok rahatsız.

AC was a blessing in that humidity
Washing machine (but you have to bring your own detergent)
Location
Electricity went out at least 3 times during my 2 days stay, but fortunately always just for a short time.
The owner said washing powder was not included, which is weird considering there is a washing machine available. Should I also bring my own dish detergent if you have a kitchen? I have never seen this, but I went out and bought it and left it at the apartment for the other guests.
