Basement room had a fire exit door at the rear in the bathroom which seemed a little insecure for a room without a safe. Had to trust that the external fire exit door was access from inside only

The room was lovely, so cosy with our own courtyard. WiFi connection excellent, smart TV, and blue tooth speakers. Lovely bathroom with luxurious shower (no bath). Staff ultra helpful.

Bath towels could be bigger, but not a deal breaker as everything was amazing.

if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway this place is for you. it exceeded our expectations with a complementary mini fridge, a smart TV and a spacious and luxurious room. staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming. the hot tub was a bonus. we would definitely return!!

Great location, hot tub is fab

The staff were so wonderful and worked around us. We were delayed arriving and were looked after despite our late arrival. The room was really clean and fun. The location was great, metro just down the road and a bar that you can drink in at the end of the road. Far enough that you can't hear the punters or music but close enough that it's a straight and safe shot back. Will definitely be returning.

Great, comfy and clean airconditioned room. Bad/no service, no English, no 2 person blankets.

We liked that there was a portable air-conditioning unit. There was parking in front of the busy street reserved for hotel guests (paid). The jacuzzi in line of sight for the smart tv was nice and we like the infrared sauna as well. The room was almost exactly as advertised in the pictures on the site.

We were greeted by an empty reception, I had to walk through the hall and what felt by luck found someone that worked there. She seemed busy, but we did arrive 30 minutes earlier so thought nothing of her not being at the reception to welcome us. She came up in a minute and greeted us in German, we made clear our German was sub-par, she however spoke not one English word to us. She gave us the code for the room as well as a key for the rack under the car, to lock if we went somewhere so we could reserve the spot. We did not get an explanation on the workings of the jacuzzi or sauna. The vault was stuck and we could not open it. We found out that the Netflix account of the previous visitors was still logged in, you would expect them to check this and have the courtesy to log it off. The bed was comfy, however when we wanted to move the blanket, we were surprised by the fact that there were two one-person blankets instead of a large one. We messaged them through the app a card on the room told us about, but no one did anything with that. When trying to find personnel to ask personally, we found no one. The next morning we went about our day and upon our return, we were once more unpleasantly surprised that the room had not been cleaned, the towels were not restocked, the dishes were not washed, blankets not renewed with larger ones, no one had been in the room. The day we left the sound of us leaving might have triggered a reaction because after a few minutes the lady working there came to 'greet' us and say goodbye. If we were not looking for a pen to fill in the review card, We would not have seen her at all.

Ein Oase

Ich bin absolut begeistert und werde mit Sicherheit irgendwann wiederkommen! Das Personal ist extrem freundlich. Da ich bei der Anreise im Stau stand und das vorab kommuniziert hatte, wurde ich sogar zurückgerufen und mir wurde ein Parkplatz angeboten, damit ich abends nicht suchen muss. Er war zwar nicht umsonst, aber das Mitdenken und dieser herzliche Kontakt waren einfach super. Das Zimmer war perfekt und top eingerichtet. Meinen kurzen Aufenthalt konnte ich trotz der Strapazen dank dieser tollen Unterkunft sehr genießen. ✨

Hier habe ich wirklich nichts aufzuführen.

nett, sehr nett und …gerne wieder mal!

Sehr gute Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür, Autofahren nicht nötig: ÖPNV Florastraße quasi direkt vor der Tür. Wir hatten das Apartment im Innenhof, sehr ruhig. Sehr sehr freundlicher Empfang. So klein das Apartment ist: gefüllter Minikühlschrank, Tassen, Teller, Besteck, „richtige“ Gläser, funktionierende Geräte, gute Kaffee- und Teeauswahl. Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gute Betten, Kissenauswahl, Licht, wo man es braucht. Ob auf der Neusser Straße das Brauhaus oder eine Straße weiter zu Schnackertz: gute Kölner Küche ganz in der Nähe. Für uns alles perfekt.

Klar, ein Schrank wäre nett, aber der passt ja nicht mehr hinein und zwei oder drei Nächte „aus dem Koffer“ leben, ist ja gut möglich.

Attention dans la chambre 5 quand on actionné les jets des côtes du jacuzzi, il y a risque d'éclaboussure partout 😬

Ein schönes, kleines Boutique Hotel mitten in Nippes. Besonders das Zimmer im Souterrain gefällt mir. Die Betten sind bequem, es gibt Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür.

Lage ist prima wenn man den Trubel von Köln Nippes mag. Zimmer ist ruhig.

Fenster geht in einen Innenhof und es ist nicht wohnlich. Die Klimaanlage macht Geräusch aber nicht kalt. Das Gerät stand direkt neben dem Bett. Die mitten im Raum befindliche Badewanne kann man bei der Belüftungssituation eigentlich nicht nutzen. Kein brauchbarer Schreibtisch. Das Internet ist langsam.

Tolles ruhiges kleines Hotel in lebhafter Umgebung mit U-Bahn-Haltestelle direkt um die Ecke

Die Matraze war für mich etwas zu weich.

Bei der Zimmerreinigung wurde das Bett nicht gemacht und der Duschboden nicht trocken gewischt, das hat mich etwas irritiert, da sonst das Minihotel ganz toll war.

Geen warm water eerste avond

De kamer was mooi ruim en schoon.

De eerste avond was er geen warm water. We hadden speciaal een duurdere kamer geboekt, vanwege het bubbel bad.....dat werd hem dus niet. Het hotel is onbemand grote deels, bij het opgegeven telefoonnummer werd er de volgende dag pas gereageerd en het werd wel direct verholpen. We kregen €50 terug, maar dat maakte onze avond niet echt meer goed! Ook jammer dat er geen tips werden gegeven waar je kon ontbijten in de buurt, en op Zondag zijn ook de supermarkten dicht dus ook daar geen broodjes om te halen. Al met al een prima verblijf, maar zou het niet zo snel aanbevelen.
