Hotel Villa Sophia

The hotel may not look like much, but is very clean, the staff are friendly (at the desk and housekeeping) and answered questions that I had. The towels were changed daily, and they ensured to provide plenty of amenities, including natural sparkling water. The room was simple and clean, having most everything I needed. There was hot water for both sink and shower, as well as a fridge to keep food. The staff also watched the luggage after I checked out. You are a 15-20 minute walk from the Cologne cathedral, and about not a far wall from the Rhine River. The hotel is right next to an underground station, so you could easily navigate it you wanted, as well as it is near multiple parks and cafes. I didn't try the breakfast, but it seemed to be reasonable for cost, and easy to access.

Due to location, you might hear the walking signals from outside. If you prefer a quieter spot, it would be recommended to find a place a bit further from a the road, as the hotel is near a traffic light, petrol station, and underground. There was some wear and tear around the room (near the bed, some paint cracked in the toilet and the shower had a part that fell, but was informed early on and noted by the staff to check and take care.

Дуже гарний готель, привітний персонал, є місце для парковки. Номер в готелі дуже красивий,світлий і просторий. Дуже зручні ліжка, шикарна постіль, велика душова кімната. Розташування дуже зручне, близько до собору, але дзвони не заважають.
