Terrible
The apartment is old and everything in it is old and tired. The bathroom is poky and the shower noes not work properly. All the kitchen utensils are old and should be replaced. The aging TV should join all the other old stuff and be put on the junk heap, all the cupboards are full of old junk which should be thrown out, The apartment has a stand up fan which is of little use in the warm weather, this apartment is like a sauna. The bed linen and pillows provided should be replaced with some decent linen. The only upside to this apartment is the parking and the reasonably close proximity to Aix centre.

Close to Aix. The apartment was spacious.
Beds old, small and uncomfortable (to be fair owner replaced original foam mattress with something perhaps marginally better). Linen very old and towels musty when damp. We purchased own own. No air conditioning so when it’s hot you either cook on the foam mattress or get attacked by mosquitoes. No air conditioning. No clothes dryer - just a wire peg frame. 400euro bond demanded on arrival (found in property policies on booking page, but nowhere else). “Picnic area” basically inaccessible. Traffic noise noticeable in morning. Would not stay here again for 100euro a night - we prepaid for 30 days.
