Aeria Apartments

A beautifully renovated apartment on a pedestrianised street in the old town. Lovely view of the sea and venetian wall from the terrace. Steps from nice tavernas and a bakery for breakfast or takeaway cheese pies, yet very quiet. Very responsive and generous owners.

Not a problem for us but people with mobility issues might like to know there are two flights of stairs up to the apartment and stairs from the living area to the bedroom.

This was one of the nicest apartments I have stayed in. There are 2 very nicely appointed bedrooms - 1 room with twin beds, a second bedroom with a generous queens size bed. All the linens were of excellent quality. It also has a lovely balcony overlooking a pedestrian street, with a view of the harbor. The owners are lovely people and were most helpful to us. When we arrived, they had made us a delicious cake, and left a bottle of raki for us. It was very sweet. They were very communicative, patient in waiting for us to check in when we were delayed in checking in due to lack of transportation from the Chania ferry. The location is superb ... you can't get much better than this if you want easy access to Chania - it is in the heart of the old city. This was a very heart warming stay. I hope I will be able to return to Chania - and if I do, I will return to the Aeria Apartment.
