The apartment is bright, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully prepared with high-quality details. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming us personally and always available for any questions. We loved it so much that we would have gladly stayed another week!

Great location in Old Town Chania. Balcony view is amazing!

We enjoyed our recent stay at 1924 Suites; we had the balcony room and loved the view. The welcome wine and souvenir provided by the owner Lampros, were nice surprises! We loved the high ceiling, several big windows for natural light, comfortable bed, and decor. The bathroom set up worked fine for us - the shower is located opposite side of the room from the sink and toilet. The A/C unit works fine when you follow the instructions that Lampros provides. We appreciated the restaurant suggestions from Lampros as well - we enjoyed dinner at one of his recommendations. The location is great for time in old town Chania. We had a car, so parked overnight in a free lot that was short 10min (if that) walk away. We were able to drop the suitcases upon check-in by temporarily parking near the property.

One of our nights was a Saturday which may have contributed to a bit more of a lively evening. There was music and partying nearby into the early hours of night so sleeping wasn't the best - the windows/doors do a decent job reducing noise but that particular night it was hard to block out music in neighboring restaurants/bars.

Absolutely outstanding property location and views

We knew breakfast wasn’t included or expected and there are no cooking facilities but coffee and tea is available and there is a fridge with freezer compartment. You are in the heart of Chania Town which is buzzing day & night! The view from the roof terrace are fantastic view to the harbour. Lampros was a great host, very informative.

Spacious stylish apartment centrally located and yet quiet for sleeping.

A wonderful location to enjoy Chania from. Room well appointed with small balcony overlooking square where wonderful musicians perform.

1924 Suites

I would highly recommend 1924 Suites! We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. Lampros, the host, greeted us at the apartment and had even hung up a “Just Married” banner — such a thoughtful surprise that made our stay feel extra special. He took the time to give us detailed instructions about the apartment and the area, along with many restaurant and beach recommendations. We tried several and every single one was fantastic. The apartment itself was exactly as pictured — spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated and with the most stunning balcony view. The location couldn’t have been more central to restaurants and bars, yet it was very peaceful at night thanks to the double-glazed windows and doors. Thank you so much Lampros — we would love to stay here again and highly recommend 1924 Suites to anyone visiting!

The property was a PERFECT location in Chania. Nearby everything you need as a traveler. The room is adorable, clean, comfortable, with a wonderful view from the balcony. The host was fantastic: walked us through the room at check in, provided a nice bottle of wine, and shared a list of his local favorite spots.

What a fantastic find in Chania!

Our host was fantastic! He was so accommodating and had a ton of recommendations on places to eat, local insider tips, etc. The apartment was beautiful and large. It is in an excellent location- right on the harbor!- but you don't hear the noise outside, the windows are very well insulated.

Outstanding location and suite

Amazing stay and exceptional location, views and host Lampros. He took care of us throughout our stay as our flight got delayed more than four hours as well as dropping us off to another location nearby because the taxi would have taken over an hour to pick us up. The harbour location and views from our rooms and terrace was to die for, we really couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Perfect location with a view in the heart of Chania.

The apartment is modern, perfectly clean and really well equipped with everything that you might need. The host was really friendly and accommodating and made sure he was available to message with any queries. The location is perfect with a lovely balcony over the busy square below. I thought the noise from below might have been an issue but as soon as you closed the doors, you could no longer hear it. We had a thoroughly enjoyable few days here.

Beautifully furnished apartment in heart of Old Chania Harbour.

This was an exceptional large apartment finished to a high standard. The roof terrace was well equipped and the views of the harbour and surrounding area were to die for. Lampros the owner was super helpful, friendly and provided us with a very warm welcome. The apartment was in the heart of the old harbour close to dozens or restaurants and cafes. A wonderful place to spend a few days or a few weeks. Highly recommended.

The room was absolutely lovely: five knee-to-ceiling windows overlooking the port of Chania on one side, and the snow-covered mountains on the other. The walls are brick, the furniture new and modern, and the amenities complete. The location was perfect, exactly in the center of old Chania, close to everything. Lampros made himself available to us at all times, to answer questions and give advice (e.g. about villages to visit in the mountains). We even accidentally went to stay an extra day (which I thought I had reserved, but hadn’t) and he was extremely gracious about that, finding a way to make it work. Honestly, this was one of the best stays I have had anywhere in all my travels.

The two long flights of stairs were challenging for me, but not for my kids. The only thing lacking was breakfast, which we had in our other hotels. But this was a small thing, compared to how wonderful everything else was.

The room was comfortable, and the double bed and single bed were all equally comfy. Everything is new and clean. The apartment has everything you can think of and even more (all kinds of chargers, coffee machine...).

Being aware of the location we count on the soundproofing of the apartments. Unfortunately, the nearby disco and bar overcame this barrier.
