About this apartment rental
This beautiful and modern 2-room apartment with a floor space of approx. 40m², is located in the 2nd First floor with cozy sloping ceilings and a sunny balcony to the south, overlooking the Schmachter lake and over the rooftops of Binz.
The bright, friendly living room has a high-quality equipment, large digital TV with Netflix, free Wi-Fi and a harmoniously integrated high quality kitchenette.
This is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and various small inventory, which completes the kitchen equipment.
Furthermore, there is a separate bedroom with double bed and enough space for your wardrobe. The beds are already made to your arrival, hand-bath towels are ready for you. All windows are equipped with blackout.
From the bedroom you can even look to the sea and the chalk cliffs.
In the hallway is also a large wardrobe and wardrobe and mirror.
Your bright modern bathroom with glass shower, toilet and hair dryer even has a wonderful view of Lake Schmachter.
The apartment Schwalbennest has its own beach chair on the beach. It is located in a prime location at the exit 21 and is available to our guests free of charge from May to September.
Likewise, our guests can use 2 high-quality city bikes with 21-speed gear for free.
Sufficient parking spaces directly at the house are also available free of charge.
The apartment is ideal for 2 persons. For a 3rd or 4th. Person we have a very high quality sofa bed with cold foam mattress and of course darkening in the living room.
Pets are not allowed here, the apartment Schwalbennest is suitable for allergy sufferers.

Dieser Urlaub war vom Feinsten. Eine wunderschöne gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage aber dennoch zentral. Der Schmachter See ist 400 Meter entfernt und somit nur einmal die Straße runter. Der Strand nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war perfekt. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, die Fotos passen. Auch die Räder sind nagelneu und der Strandkorb ist perfekt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter, sehr saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete kleine Wohnung.
Für mich hat die Lage im "Wohnpark" nicht gepasst. Im Winter war ich im etwas abgelegenen Haus allein, nur noch in einer Wohnung im Haus gegenüber brannte Licht. Für Sommermonate ist die Lage wahrscheinlich ok.
