This approximately 85-square-meter, three-room apartment on the mezzanine floor is lovingly furnished. It features a separate kitchen and a cozy living and dining room. The apartment is suitable and equipped for 4 people, with an extra bed available to accommodate up to 6 people.
In the bright and inviting bathroom, you’ll find a shower and a cozy bathtub.
Both bedrooms in the apartment feature comfortable double beds for a restful night’s sleep. The bay window in the larger of the two bedrooms features a pull-out couch. This area can also be used as a small living area. A coffee table and a TV make this bedroom an excellent place to unwind.
On the large terrace, which faces southwest, you can unwind after eventful days on the beautiful island of Rügen. From there, you can look out onto the nature reserve adjacent to the property. From the slightly elevated terrace, you can reach the garden via just four steps.
The garden is shared by all residents of the house.
We recommend our separate beach chair terrace in the upper part of the property. Here you can enjoy the sunset over Lake Schmachter with a glass of wine.
There is a laundry area where you can dry your towels and beach gear, for example, after swimming in the Baltic Sea.
For bicycles, you can use a covered area or store them in the shared, lockable garage.
There are four parking spaces on the property, one of which is assigned to the 3-room apartment.
