Relaxed stay
The friendly staff, the WiFi was good, excellent location, everything you need in a kitchen.
The check out time was at 10 am. The ceiling had a strange incline so a lot head banging happened.

Sonnenschein took care of our family in complicated situation
The staff was very friendly and willing to help us to solve a very difficult situation into which we got because of a fraud company WW Travel GmbH. The apartment was very nice and clean. There was a very nice restaurant downstairs too.
We didn't plan to stay in this nice apartment. We wanted to spend our holidays in a different one, but because of WW Travel GmbH we had to spent many hours searching for available apartment on Rügen Island during high season. Luckily we could spent one night here in this nice Appartementhouse Sonnenshein. ☹️ We went to Rügen Island with confirmed and paid accomodation in Moisselbritz via this worldwide known application. An hour before reaching our destination (we drove 4 hours with 2 kids), somebody from the Swiss number +41415880279 (WW Travel Gmbh) called us and asked us to cancel our reservation and find an alternative accomodation. That was very strange. We tried to called to all the contact numbers we got in our confirmation e-mail to find out why we should do this. None of them was working. So we contact the owner of accomodation directly - Gutsscheune Moisselbritz auf der Insel Rügen - she told us, that she doesn't know about our reservation, her house if fully booked and that we are the third family that day with this problem. She informed police department about this situation. After that we talked to Customer Service to ask them to cancel our confirmed and paid reservation and now we are waiting to get back our money. Unfortunately nobody will get back us the time and money we spent on solving this complicated situation. ⚠️ When you read the stories here, just few days old 👉 https://de.trustpilot.com/review/travel.ch ... it is obvious, that the fraud company WW Travel (https://wwtravel.ch/kontakt.html) is still operating here. Nice place
Good location (easy walk to beach and all the wonderful restaurants and shopping), nice (but basic) and quiet accommodations, parking onsite, very good restaurant onsite (breakfast was excellent).
More like a hotel room than an apartment so set your expectations accordingly. No view (just the parking lot). We didn’t feel like we could open up the windows for air and still have privacy because we were on the ground level and the parking lot was directly outside our windows.

Schönes Appartement, guter Service, aber die Bar im Haus sollte man auf dem Schirm haben
Die Größe und die Ausstattung des Appartements sind gut. Die Leute sind äußerst nett. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung. Unser Appartement war recht groß und hatte mehrere separate Räume (ein Raum mit Wohn- und Essbereich plus Küchenzeile; ein separates Schlafzimmer; ein Bad und einen großen Flur).
Bei der Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass im Appartementhaus eine Bar vorhanden ist. Diese lag Wand an Wand an unser Schlafzimmer. Wenn man im Bett lag, hörte man die Geräuschkulisse aus der Bar. Ein Appartmenttausch war leider nicht möglich, da kein freies, gleich großes Appartement vorhanden war.

Herzlicher Empfang, schöne Unterkunft, perfekte Auszeit
Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen und schönen Aufenthalt im Haus Sonnenschein in Binz. Das Apartment war gemütlich, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend – alles lief unkompliziert und herzlich ab. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr empfehlenswert - gerne komme ich wieder
Die Lage war super - alles in ca. 5 Gehminuten erreichbar (Bushaltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand, Restaurants). Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war freundlich eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und schön hergerichtet (kleines Willkommensgeschenk: eine kleine Tüte Gummibärchen, und "Ein-Mann Kaffee"). In der Unterkunft gab es die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen/zu trocknen. Was ich das erste mal in einer Unterkunft hatte, war eine "Tausch - Möglichkeit" unter allen Gästen, die in der Unterkunft ihren Urlaub verbracht haben - das fand ich ja mal richtig toll. DAUMEN HOCH 😊🤗😀
Als man in das Zimmer kam, hat es nach Reinigungsmitteln gerochen, was leicht unangenehm war - wiederum ein Zeichen, das auch gereinigt wurde.

Eine tolle Zeit und sehr gute Unterkunft in Binz
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Die Bedienung ist sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage ist top-5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand, 7 Minuten bis zum Zentrum. Einen besonderen Dank gilt der Frau an der Rezeption! Sie ist einr sehr nette und zugewandte Person und war immer sehr höflich und hilfsbereit, schenkte meiner Tochter jeden Morgen einen Lolly und wünschte uns einen angenehmen Tag. Sie nahm unseren Koffer auf der Hin- und Rückfahrt entgegen, überreichte ihn dem Hermes Gepäckservice am Abreisetag, was natürlich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
Die Bar im Erdgeschoss- die Besucher waren manchmal schon laut genug.

Schöne Tage auf Rügen
Kurze Wege zu Strand, Strandpromenade UND Bushaltestelle. Bin von Berlin mit Deutschlandticket angereist und habe es auch für die Busse auf der Insel genutzt.
Die FKK Strände wurden von der Gemeinde Binz recht weit nach außen gelegt.
