Lovely stay in Binz

The location was perfect, close to the beach and to restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, everything was clean and we had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay again.

There was one night that the bar was playing music quite loudly.

In general everything was good, beautiful and comfortable. We were happy

The only thing that I didn’t understand I paid for 4 tickets for transport, toilets etc. One of the tickets was for my 4 year old daughter, and there was no need to use it at all, she is only four and she goes everywhere for free. Besides I didn’t thing I have to pay something else, and I didn’t have much money with me. It’s good to know about such things in advance

Eigentlich alles super, sehr nette Begrüßung auch!

Vieles war gut. Ausgestattet mit allem was man brauchte!

Dass man sich gerne mal an den Dachschrägen den Kopf stößt 😅und dass es nachts im Sommer etwas laut ist von draußen, aber das stört vermutlich nur sensible Schläfer.

Sauber und zentral

Kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Zentrum. Sehr sauber. Gute Betten. Gemütliches Appartement (ohne Aufbettung). Netter Empfang.

Wir (2 Erw. + 2 Kinder 7/9 Jahre) hatten ein Appartement im Dachgeschoss mit teilweise schrägen Decken direkt zur Dünenstraße raus. Für 2 Nächte ging es gerade. Sonst ist dieses Appartement nicht für 4 Personen geeignet, da zu eng, um auch dort noch zu frühstücken. Wer es ruhig mag, sollte kein Appartement zur Straße direkt wählen.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, Größe und Schnitt genau richtig für eine Familie mit Kind. Sehr hundefreundlich. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und haben bei Problemen stets schnell reagiert und eine gute Lösung gefunden.

Es gibt quasi keine Kritikpunkte. Wenn überhaupt könnte man anführen, dass es etwas hellhörig ist und man häufig Geräusche aus dem Flur hört, was aber für uns völlig ok war.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Appartement Nr. 2 und es war wieder sehr schön.

Die Lage zum Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Fewo ist modern und gut ausgestattet.

Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng bemessen und kosten 15 Euro extra.

Ons appartement Nr20 was prachtig !! Groter dan verwacht & met werkelijk alles uitgerust ! De ligging is perfect, fijn om een parkeerplaats te kunnen huren & de eigenaren zijn werkelijk schatjes !!

Das Kopfkissen war leider nicht so gemütlich, weil der Kopf drückt den Stoff zu weit runter und in der Küche war das Besteck etc. auch nicht gründlich sauber. Ansonsten aber alles sehr gut gewesen

Es war ein sehr schöner, ruhiger, abwechslungsreicher und strandnaher Aufenthalt im Appartmenthaus Sonnenschein.

Der freundliche Empfang. Das Appartment war sehr geräumig, vor allem super sauber und eine freundliche Einrichtung.

Es gab leider keinen Balkon, aber das würde uns nicht hindern noch einmal dort Urlaub zu machen.

Kompakte Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man benötigt, in zentraler Lage.

Zentral gelegen inmitten der hübschen Bäderarchitektur von Binz. Auch zum Fernbahnhof ist es zu Fuß nicht allzu weit. Supermärkte, andere Läden und Restaurants sind ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch zur Strandpromenade ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Gerne wieder. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man benötigt, inklusive Kleiderschrank, gut ausgestatteter Küchenzeile und Esstisch. Dadurch war es vielleicht ein bisschen eng, aber man konnte noch gut um die Betten navigieren und fühlte sich nicht beengt. Das Bad war sogar etwas geräumiger. Ein kleiner Vorraum, wo man nasse Schuhe/Kleidung lassen konnte, war auch noch vorhanden. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Kein Aufzug vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist mit Stufen vor dem Eingang und Zimmern in den oberene Stockwerken nicht barrierefrei.

Super schön. Waren sehr traurig als wir wieder abreisen mussten.

Sehr nette und super freundliche Gastgeberin. Sehr hilfsbereit. Lage der Pension super (Meer: 2min / City: 2min / Einkaufen: 2min) alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer groß und super sauber. Nächster Rügen Urlaub wird wieder dort gebucht. Dann probieren das 2 Zimmer Apartment aus.

Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut und alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung der Unterkunft war neu und alles war in einem guten Zustand.
