Die Lage des Objekts ist super, nah zum Strand und zentral im Ort. Super ist außerdem, dass eine Sauna im Objekt sowie eine Tiefgarage mit ausreichend großen Stellplätzen vorhanden sind.
Sauberkeit im Bad war nicht in Ordnung. Bad und Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein. Auch als kleiner und schlanker Gast ist die Toilettennutzung nicht möglich, ohne sich an den Absperrventilen zu stoßen.

Die Wohnung im Parterre war sehr ruhig. Die unmittelbare Nachbarschaft zur Jugendherberge war unproblematisch. Die Geschäftsstraßen sind fußläufig bequem zu erreichen. Zur Strandpromenade sind es nur wenige Schritte. Wegen der angespannten Parkplatzsituation war der zusätzlich angebotene Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage sehr nützlich.
