Very disappointing stay! Bad experience – not worth the price • 🛑 Would not recommend

I had a very bad experience at this apartment in Ulqin. The description was misleading and nothing matched what we were promised. • They told us the beach was only 3 minutes away on foot, but in reality it was more than 10 minutes. • They said there was a garage at the property, but in fact it was far away. We had to carry our suitcases at night from a long distance. • For the first 24 hours we had no water at all. • When I contacted them on WhatsApp, they had miscalculated the days and I ended up paying more than we had originally agreed. • The staff were rude and when we confronted them about their lies, they simply said “you can leave” – even though we had already booked everything based on their promises. • The beds were uncomfortable and the overall conditions were poor. For the price we paid, it was absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend this place unless major improvements are made.

The whole room is nice, cozy & clean Hostess suggested us a thick blanket - as it was already cold at night in december - so we were warm and happy. Private parking is very important as Ulcinj has rather narrow streets For our 2 days in Ulcinj the room was great!

I really liked the location as it was very close to the beach. Lea and her family are a pleasure to be around! It was very good value for the price!

I liked that I got my own room and washroom. The apartment was close to the beach. Lea and her family were a pleasure to meet. And Lea let me check out late since my bus was at 12:30pm!

Location was so close to main attractions such as beach mosque or old town. Host was welcoming and offered us coffee and baklava.

We booked another room but because of the other guests made their stay longer they couldn’t give us our room. They gave us another room which is not even pictured on booking. It was kind of on the basement. We had to accept it cu we had so heavy bags and couldn’t book any other place at that moment. The thing is they didn’t inform us earlier and once when we went there we knew the situation. Things like this might happen but we should have been posted. The room wasn’t like What we wanted. small and there were spiders and hair. I guess it was not in use for long time. But eventually they made us discount at least.
