The hosts was very friendly, location is close to Sea garden, apartment was equipped with all necessary. Julia helped us on the last day with the late check out.

Къщата е на около 10 минути пешеходно разстояние от основните търговски улици респективно ресторанти и закусвални. Кварталът е тих и спокоен. За кратко пребиваване е удобно. Санитарните помещения са ремонтирани. Пералня, печка, хладилник са почти нови. На около 5 минути има и добре зареден хранителен магазин.
Къщата е двуетажна, може би е строена през началото на ХХ век. Стилът е ретро. Но самата къща като фасада и външен изглед е за сериозен ремонт.
