Top location - walking distance from the sea garden and from the main pedestrian street. Yet the street is quiet and peaceful. A lot of restaurants, bars, bakeries and shops nearby. Easy access on the ground floor. Paid underground parking just 5min walk from the apartment.
The elevator in the building is quite noisy and it is a little inconvenient that you can constantly hear it. However, I don’t think there is anything that can be done and for me it’s not that big of a deal.

There were small mold dots behind one of the beds, did clean it by myself and the floor was really cold regardless of the AC working at 28 degree temperature, some slippers or carpet might fix this.
