Świetna lokalizacja w centrum miasta, cicho, czysto. Mieszkanie klimatyzowane wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy.
Przydałoby się trochę więcej talerzy i sztućców.

We arrived late but had no problems getting in. It was all smoothly arranged. The apartment itself was very clean, cozy and calm, with a balcony. Perfect location: 7 mins to the city center; 15 mins max to the beach.
We had problem with air conditioner as it wasn’t cooling well.

To be 100% honest - host was responsive, even allowing me to check-in before the stated time, as the apartment was free. The location was truly nice - center of the city. It is a cosy place to stay if you're visiting for a short while.
I didn't like a couple of things in general:
1) WiFi did not work initially. No WiFi name provided, so I started guessing which WiFi network it is. Password also didn't work for me even after I found out the WiFi network. How did I find out the WiFi network ? I climbed on the wardrobe to get to the router and then used the physical pair (WPS) button to connect to the WiFi.
2) If you work remote, environment is not ideal inside the apartment. Would advice to visit one of the many nearby cafes.
3) While everything else was perfect, payment wasn't. Booking listed is at 190BGN. After widrawing cash from the ATM, I was charged 200BGN(had no change). Personally I do not care about this difference. However, for some people this can be a bad experience. From a professional standpoint, travelling for business I do not enjoy seeing the booking price and actual payment price be different. I was aware of this during the entire transaction, but wanted to see if the host will go through with it or admit to the price difference. If for you this is a problem, pay attention and keep everything as it is on Booking.
Update on 3): After a lot of back and forth with the host, this is including the parking payment. I am totally OK with this. However, this has to be disclosed for people.
