The best apartment we have ever been to! Everything is fantastic. The location is top, in the city center. The beds are super comfortable. A/C in every single room. Balcony with port sea view.

Tip: more kitchen utensils. And maybe for the people that arrive. There is a dishwasher, so take your dishwasher tablets with you.

The property is in an excellent location, just a short distance from the Seaside Garden, Burgas city center, and the central beach. The apartment features a modern, minimalist interior, and the staff were very polite. We had an issue with missing sheets for the sofa, but despite the late hour, they assisted us immediately.

It would be great to have mosquito nets on at least one window in each room. We stayed in September, when the weather wasn’t too hot, and we wanted to let in some fresh air at night

Great location – only 5 minutes to the city center, 2 minutes to the station, and around 10 minutes to the beach. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped.

The only downside was the WiFi connection, as in some rooms it simply didn’t work.

It's renovated building so the entrance and the room's furniture were brand new and it looks beautiful at first sight. The location is good if you want to walk to the beach and the center. The staff on the reception were friendly. They also have a little gym available so that's good if you want to keep fit during your stay. The rooms were clean. The price was fair, although the hotel is considered 4stars, I would say it's max 3 stars. However, the beds were comfortable. The housekeeper was lovely and kind.

Even with the brand new furniture and recently renovated building, the shower was leaking (picture will be attached) probably it wasn't sealed right. In addition, when we arrived around 17:30, there was no hot water available so we had to wait another hour for the boiler to heat the water up, considering that the hotel was almost empty, this should have been taken care of before our arrival. The mini fridge was really hot (it was on), inside and outside, we couldn't find the cable to turn it off, but it didn't seem like it was working... The hotel is on a main street so it can be loud, so if you're a light sleeper it can bother you. The rooms are a bit smaller than we expected and there were no vanity kits, like it's usually supposed to. We travel quite a lot, so I know what 3/4/5 stars hotel means, and this was not 4 star accommodation... I'm born and raised here, my boyfriend is English, so we always come and stay in Burgas in the summer and I'm aware that the Bulgarian 'grading system' is different, 4 stars in Bulgaria would mean 2-3 stars in Europe, but so far this was maybe our worst stay in the city. It's the small details that make a difference in the guest's stay, and we started off on the wrong foot, after a long day of travel, we had expectations for this place that weren't fulfilled. For few days it's okay but if you stay for more than that, and you don't have fridge, your bathroom is flooded, the room is so small that you can't even open your big suitcase in it, sorry but it's unacceptable. There was no reception at all times, so the only way was calling, which I didn't want to do, because we've traveled a lot recently and we just unpacked when we started noticing all the problems, so we didn't want to move and pack once again. Hopefully this is only our case and maybe we just got unlucky with this room.
