Апартаментът е чист и уютен, оборудван с всичко необходимо за приятен престой. Домакините много са се погрижили апартаментът да бъде комфортен за престоя.
В спалнята няма климатик, затова за отопление или охлаждане трябва да се оставят вратите към кухнята отворени, за да може въздухът от климатика в кухнята да достига до спалнята. На паркингът трудно се намира свободно място.
