The finishings and the cottage was beautiful - high quality bed and linen, and great cutlery and crockery. The hot tub and braai were awesome. The view is just magnificent. Friendly host, and nice goodies for us (some farm bread, jam and a bottle of wine).
A little stingy with the basics (tea bags, oil, tinfoil, wood - paid extra), etc. - we would've liked a little more. The outdoor shower could use some refining too - it's an incredible facility but you can't really have a good shower there! The restaurant was a little disappointing too - we went for a cheese board at 3.30pm (they close at 5pm) and they told us that the kitchen was already packed because they had had "a slow day".
