Very clean, especially linen was very clean and crisp, fireplace in unit with wood provided at my cost, well equipped with all you need with a decent size fridge. Mally Marais, Owner came along to check if all is ok and exchange useful info on what to do and also shared Wolsely tourist info. Variety of hiking trails which are all well marked. Units are very private with excellent views. Location excellent to explore the Slanghoek valley and the breede valley with very good wineries which still have a personal touch as it is not as commercial like around Stellenbosch

The property is secluded, safe and well equipped. The perfect for a remote farm-stay. The host was very informative and communication was great.

The unit really had everything we needed. It was the little details like tea and coffee, oven gloves, even a hairdryer that made so much difference.

It would be great to have a map of the trails and routes, we felt a bit intrusive driving or walking past other people's chalets while looking out for the next arrow.

The house was spacious and more than enough for our large family

As it was raining, it was a bit uncomfortable to braai outside in the rain. A roof extension would be awesome for winter times.
