Our stay at Magents Farm Guesthouse was honestly such a breath of fresh air. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The owner was incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely friendly — the kind of person who makes you feel at home instantly. By the end of our stay, it truly felt less like we were at a guesthouse and more like we were staying over at a friend’s place. That level of hospitality is rare and so appreciated.
The two-bedroom guest room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place for us to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy some quiet time together. Everything about the stay felt calm, personal, and refreshing.
Thank you for making our experience so special — we’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with amazing hospitality

The location was perfect for our needs, (attending a wedding near by) Lovely host, very comfy bed.
Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been appreciated, as the communal area was not always accessible. While the surroundings were not as appealing as one would expect for the price, it is clearly a work in progress with good potential.
