We had a lovely stay over valentines weekend. The host was amazing and very friendly. The TV & Sound system were Phenomenal, great for a movie night in. Location was terrific, close to wine farms & the town centre.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the WiFi worked perfectly, which we really appreciated. The lounge area is very spacious, and it was great to have access to the kitchen to prepare our meals. A special thank you to the owner, who was extremely friendly and even allowed a late checkout so we could shower after our MTB race, that flexibility meant a lot to us.
The guesthouse is clearly still in development. You can see that many improvements have been started with good intentions. The room would benefit from a softer bedside lamp instead of the very bright LED strip lighting in both the bedroom and bathroom. Signage at the entrance of the road could also be improved to make the property easier to find.

The location was perfect for our needs, (attending a wedding near by) Lovely host, very comfy bed.
Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been appreciated, as the communal area was not always accessible. While the surroundings were not as appealing as one would expect for the price, it is clearly a work in progress with good potential.
