The most beautiful property with gorgeous views and gardens. The pool area is great. The staff were absolutely brilliant and were all friendly and helpful.

The view looks like it’s straight from a fairytale book! The cottage also very beautiful. Food on breakfast was good with amazing view. Get a free wine tasting too.
Room cleanliness can be improved a bit. And for the wine tasting maybe staff can be prepared in advance so the experience a-bit more special (ours just explain the wine reading a paper, minor thing but really change the atmosphere for the experience)

lovely building and surroundings, comfortable room and bed. Beautiful terrace and garden for breakfast.
Staff weren't great - (either ignored you or then tried too hard) and not keen on having someone knock on the door late evening and hand over a 'gratuity' envelope.
Room access up a very tight and steep spiral staircase - not ideal.
Breakfast was 'interesting'.... some lovely elements like the fruit and breads but disgusting coffee
