Jan our host met us on location and made everything just that little bit easier. Lots of food and tour recommendations, very helpful with restaurants, vineyards and local walks. Frescha, who looked after us, did a wonderful job.

Jan met us at the gate on arrival. Jan and Frescha assisted us into the cottage where Jan gave us a full and detailed brief of the house. It was the best and most thorough welcome we have received at any Booking.com accommodation we have booked.
We truly loved and enjoyed the space. Some days we just stayed inside the peaceful cottage by the fire and relaxed. It felt like home. Thank you to Frescha for keeping Elevené fresh for us! Jan, thank you for being so generous with your time and for waking up so early to see us off when we departed Elevené cottage. Truly a special place!

Outstanding. The property is newly refurbished and every small
Detail has been thought about. From the linens, to the coffee and coffee makers, from the toiletries to the secure parking and security. Location is 5 minutes walk to wine tram and centre of town. Jan, our host couldn’t do more for us. Attentive but discreet.

We had an incredible 3-night stay in Elevene Franschhoek—this place truly exceeded all expectations. Every last detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it shows in every corner of the house.
Jan clearly has a strong hospitality background, and it really feels like staying in a 5-star hotel. Having Frecha (House Manager) on hand made the experience even more special—he took care of everything from making the beds and doing laundry to cleaning the pool and ensuring everything was absolutely perfect throughout our stay.
The location is fantastic, just a short distance from town. We loved visiting La Cotte Wine Farm, only a couple of blocks away, where we enjoyed an idyllic lunch on the lawn. There are also plenty of other wine farms and spots within easy walking distance.
Don’t hesitate—just book it. Jan and Frecha will take wonderful care of you!
