The location was good and the environment. We felt safe in the gated community
The bed sheets and pillow cases were worn and torn. The plug to use hairdryer worked intermittently.

We know Franschhoek having been there many times. The location is perfect, not too close to the busy main street, but easily walkable. The house was well equipped and the weather, mostly, was lovely and sunny. (It did get very windy one day). The location is very secure, in a gated estate. Went to Rickety Bridge for wine tasting and a food platter, which was as always very good. A new place for us, that we had lunch at, was Arkeste. Chamonix's restaurant. A beautiful setting in woodland and excellent food and service.
We were going to go to the farmer's market on Saturday, but it was manic in town. Maybe because it was Valentine's weekend.

Fin plunge-pool som gav skön svalka på heta dagar.
Vi var fyra vuxna och tyckte inte om att det bara fanns en dusch att dela på.
Badrum 2 hade endast badkar utan duschslang.
Trafiken utanför huset kan upplevas störande.
