Lovely couple days away

Everything in the apartment for you need, close to the town and sea front. Comfortable and clean, hosts were friendly.

Perfect location great host

Perfect location walking distance to north bay beach/peasholme park/north bay railway Flat had everything we needed perfect for a small family. Keith was extremely helpful great communication

Maybe some darker curtains got very light at 4am and my 2 year old thought it was morning time lol

Great place to stay

It was very clean, lots of things had been thought about and put in the flat, for example a travel cot, a hairdryer, and more. It was very quiet and only 5 mins walk from peasholm park.

Only downside is there was a hob and microwave but no oven, as we only stayed 2 nights this was ok but if we had stayed longer it would of been a problem as a family of 5.

Great stay and would stay again, just a shame WiFi was not accessible throughout

The house was just what we needed, perfect location, beds were comfy and set up great and the host was their for any needs we had, which were handled very quickly 👍

The WiFi was shocking and only worked at the doorway, great to stop kids using devices but when you need it it was quite awkward

Weekend break with the family

Great host. Perfect location for the Open Air Theatre. 15 min walk in to town. Parking outside the property with permit included with stay. Completely tea, sugar etc. Towels included. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer all inside the flat. Comfortable and clean. What more could you ask for?! Thank you Keith!

Our trip to Columbus Ravine

In a great location, close to Peasholm Park, North Bay and the open air theatre.

Nothing really from our point of view. My son had his best nights sleep for a long time.

Great home base in Scarborough

The property was very clean and provided all the facilities needed including a parking scratch card for our long weekend. TV and dvd player and some basic games provided for the bit of down time. Basic kitchenette to sort out breakfast, lunch and lite meals. Great location, close walk to town or to peasholm park and plenty of parking on the road. Simple to find and easy to deal with. The owner is easy to contact, friendly and provided plenty of updates before and during our stay. Can sleep up to 6 persons comfortably A great and cost effective home base for days on the beach, around Scarborough and further out. I would recommend it to others.

A lovely apartment, well stocked kitchen. Cosy electric fire, very comfy bed. Keith was super friendly. A very self contained flat!

Amazing thank you

We booked this flat not really bothered about quality as just wanted a base to sleep. But this was excellent. Keith made us feel welcome and there were many great facilities including beach toys for kids…my favourite was the pint of milk for a much needed cup of tea on arrival! Will certainly book again.

Location was fab for visiting North Bay. So pleased it was a no-pets property as I am allergic and pet-free properties are very hard to find. Hosts were friendly and helpful but weren't intrusive.

Shower cubicle was a bit small, but that's a minor quibble.

Dolphins in the bay .

Great stay with our grandson . Peasholme park was at the bottom of the road which is a beautiful park with naval battles on the lake 3 times a week and a short walk to north beach . The Town centre is a 5 min drive with easy access to south beach both beaches are sandy and are kept very clean. We took a boat ride on the pirate ship around the bay and seen dolphins .

Location was great- 10 min walk to beach, close to town, couple of good restaurants nearby. Outside yard area was nice to have. Parking always tricky in Scarborough but there were lots of options nearby,

It was clean and comfortable and close to the park and beach. The owner lives at the property so if there were any issues they could be dealt with easily.

Just small things like you can see through the toilet/shower door so I think a curtain of or something could be hung and perhaps a few mor kitchen items.

The property was in a great location, just slightly away from the seafront. This suited us as we visited local pubs and restaurants rather than busy places full of holiday makers. Keith was very friendly and the property was perfect for us. Thanks.

Convenient, spacious, clean - had a confusing parking permit!. A bit too cold for my wife

As this was a self catering apartment no breakfast was offeref or expected. My work involves renovation or alteration of prpoerty and one think that struck me is that a lot of trouble went into the flloor itself - hpow level and creak free it was. Obviously there had been a lot spent on converting the ground floor.Seating was comfy and adequate for a small family, with a small table in the window recess giving a good outlook to the well maintained garden, with its own outdoor furniture. Plenty of space. Really

We went off peak, with a daily temperature between 15 and 17 degrees. It was also quite windy. My wife feels the cold, therefore we found ourselves using the heater provided virtually constantly. The only source of heat was a small decorative stove type fan heater, which was useless on the 1st setting. We did not use the shower as we felt that we would feel the cold to much when wet, and the heater did not warm the back room. I was curious that the central heating that was in the entrance hall was not extended into the apartment itself. The shower/WC did not have its own light, which I found strange

It was near sea side. Easy free parking.

Flat was quite old fashioned and dated. It was not clean. There was no oven in the flat.

Clean, convenient and friendly

Location was good. Nice and quiet at night. Parking was good and Keith was very amenable in providing a visitors parking pass for our final day. Iron, iron board, pegs and most convenience products provided; fairy, wash powder (although we didn't use this). Plenty of cups/plates
