Bien equipado y con restaurantes, supermercado, farmacia, lavandería y cafeterías muy cerca. Además, se encuentra a una distancia razonable del centro histórico y el área comercial. También nos gustó que no estuviera en una zona turística sino en un barrio genuinamente italiano..
La ducha demasiado pequeña y con difícil regulación de la temperatura.
