Asukoht, privaatsus, konditsioneerid igas ruumis.
Saabudes ei olnud mitte ühtegi rulli tualettpaberit ja majapidamispaberit ning tagavara prügikotte. Põrandad olid mustad. WC ruumis laevärv pudeneb. Köök-elutuba konditsioneerist jooksis vett põrandale ja seda kasutada ei saanud.

Self check in foi bem fácil, a cozinha é bem equipada e o apartamento no geral é confortável, tem ar condicionado tanto na sala quanto no quarto, e ainda tem disponível uma barraca de praia para quem pretende ir no verão e aproveitar as praias próximas.
A falta de elevador complica bastante, visto que o apartamento fica no último andar do prédio. Ao solicitar um rolo de papel higiênico extra, visto que os dois rolos que haviam sido deixados no apartamento já tinham acabado, os gestores informaram que não dariam mais nenhum rolo pois já haviam deixado dois no apartamento.

The way everything was so well organized with the codes—all the doors had codes.
The fact that we received only 2 toilet papers for a 9 day stay! and only 1 garbage bag. I tried to ask for more but the answer was: this is the welcome kit, you won't get more.
