Great host—very accommodating, excellent communication, great tips for trips and places in the city, clear rules, responsive on WhatsApp, and very kind. Perfect location—an excellent grocery store just around the corner, great coffee on the next corner. About a 20-minute walk to the key places for exploring Bari: the train station straight in one direction, and the old town straight in the other—both reachable within 20 minutes. The two most famous beaches are about a 35-minute walk away, but also easily accessible by bus, depending on your preference :-) The paid beach Lido San Francesco is great—for €25 for two people for the whole day you get two loungers and an umbrella; the beach is clean, fenced, supervised, and has a restaurant, bar, and showers (for a small fee—20 or 50 cents for cold/hot water). Simply a fantastic location—we thoroughly enjoyed it, and the area is full of wonderful and friendly people. Another plus is a luggage storage facility about 4 minutes from the accommodation—ideal if you have an evening flight and need to check out earlier.

At night there was slight noise—most likely from a neighbor’s washing machine or from the servo motor of the air-conditioning louvers in the adjacent apartment—but this was negligible and not an issue with this very pleasant and accommodating host.

Posizione centralissima, 10 minuti a piedi e si è già nella piazza principale. A 1 minuto a piedi comodo parcheggio privato “seba porto” a buon prezzo. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort necessari e Sabrina molto disponibile anche nel consigliare luoghi da visitare o attività per poter mangiare tipico e bene

The location is perfect, closed to city center with a very good walk about 8-10min and quiet at night. Sabrina and Saverio is super patient and helpful with all necessary infos, waiting for our late check-in and help booking taxi on the last day. We can easily get good coffee, supermarket, local market,… all around next door.

Could be nicer to have a real blanket in bed, also some kitchen towels as well.

Spacious and freshly renovated apartment with a good and comfortable bed. The apartment overlooks the street but well soundproofed against external noises.

We were surprised when the host requested us a deposit in cash of 100€ Water is not potable When we open the water there is a huge noise very annoying A way far from historical center around 20 min and 25-30 min far from train station
