Good location, clean, tidy restored room ( not renovated, there’s a difference) with a modern compact ensuite in the room. Wi-fi good but slow at times even with the additional wi-fi extender. A higher rating would have been given if not for the unreasonable external noise plainly audible.

The double glazing is of minimal standard/quality with little or no affect as there are excessive gaps between the original doors and door frame allowing mosquitoes to enter the apartment. External shutters not affective as the right side door cannot be secured shut leaving gaps. On a busy street corner with dogs barking from adjacent balconies, the motor bikes, recycling bins at bus stop, car doors closing, yelling/screaming at early hours. Your response to previous guests regarding these issues is unjust and diminishing and will continue unless the issue is rectified. I wish a review similar to mine was available prior to the apartment. Do the repairs or similar reviews are inevitable.

The room was spacious with separate bedroom and kitchen/living room with bonus twin beds in a loft. Arched ceiling with stone work gave an authentic vaulted feel. Small patio was nice to have drink during hottest part of day. Facility was extremely clean- clear attention to that was given.

Although only a 10 minute walk from the historic center, property is a bit on outskirts of town with a bit more dilapidated feel to the neighborhood. But still felt safe- should not prevent anyone from booking. Also, noise from adjoining rental unit kept us up very late one night, but that is not a fault of the unit itself.

Wir haben uns in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung rundum wohlgefühlt und hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist perfekt: mitten im Herzen der Altstadt und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt schräg gegenüber und auch sonst kann man alles wunderbar zu Fuß erreichen. Für die Anreise mit dem Auto gibt es zudem gute und verschiedene Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, geräumig und klimatisiert. Sehr gemütliche Betten! Süße Terrasse! Es ist alles da was man braucht. Dank einer Schlüsselbox funktioniert der Check- in flexibel und zeitunabhängig. Auch das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an unseren Gastgeber Andrea. Er ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und sehr darauf bedacht, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen. Bei Fragen kann man sich immer an ihn wenden, er antwortet innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf Nachrichten. Als wir einmal seine Hilfe brauchten, war er innerhalb von 15 Minuten vor Ort. Wir haben uns wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!
