About this cottage rental
This is a nicely decorated 3 bed/ 2 1/2bath home 1 block off the beach located in Old Seagrove shaded by old oak trees.Master bedroom,kitchen,living area and eating area are on the 1st floor for easy gatherings for the family. Large screened in porch on 1st floor with comfortable chairs allows you to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Living area has a large flat screen, plenty of sitting,bar stools and french doors leading out to the screened in porch. First floor boasts all travertine tile floors.
Second floors are all hardwood.Upstairs has 2 very nice rooms and a shared bath. Front bedroom opens onto a covered porch for your outdoor enjoyment.
Plenty of parking area. Front of home has a large circular driveway side of home a 2 car drive way with a 2 car covered carport.All parking areas are all done in attractive pavers. Outside areas also include a separate wood patio with gas grill for cooking great meals. Just off the carport is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. New salt water pool installed in 2014.

Property was even better than advertised. (I think VRBO still shows queen beds and there are two kings, so that was a great surprise) the house served our purposes wonderfully. Exterior spaces with the pool were great. Easy 3 minute walk to wonderful, uncrowded public beach access. 10 minute walk to Seaside square. Likely we will reserve again. Very happy with our stay!

This was a great property for our family vacation. It was so close to the beach and a short pleasant walk to Seaside restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable and the pool was super nice for relaxing after the beach.

This is our 4th stay at the House. Best location in Old Seagrove. 5 minute walk to the water. Nearby restaurants and grocery. Great classic beach house with updates and charm. Will be back!

We loved the outdoor areas of this home. The covered porch upstairs, the screened porch on the first floor and the pool area were so enjoyable. The house is also very close to the restaurants and just a short 5 minute walk to the beach which is ideal. We really enjoyed our time there.
