About this house rental

This newly updated Seagrove Cottage was once owned by the original developer of Seagrove - CH 'Cube' McGee. Right in the middle of everything 30A, this renovated and updated cottage is surrounded and shaded by beautiful oaks that are unique to this beach area of Florida. An awesome location as you are just one block away from the Public Beach Access at the intersection of 30A and Hwy 395. On your short 400 ft walk to the beach, you will pass the original Seagrove Village Market, a restaurant and Seagrove gift shop, and it's sister restaurant - the upscale Surfing Deer which is on Scenic Hwy 30A and 395 south.

Beach Access : There are large sections of the 30A beach that recently have had restricted access due to homeowner ownership of the sand to the wet sand water line.
Our beach Access, known as Scenic 395 Beach Access, has the largest open neighborhood beach access in Seagrove Beach. No need to worry about getting your perfect place in the sun and sand! This beach access point is 400' from your front door and has no vehicle parking which ensures no crowds to manage. Its like your own 30A private beach!

Seagrove Classic is also just a short walk or bike ride to the town of Seaside, FL. The Seaside Square is known for its unique shops and restaurants, in fact, all of 30A is known for its upscale shopping and dining. Grab a quick bite at the food trucks or enjoy a gulf front dining experience. For a quick bite for lunch or dinner, the Seagrove Village Market is right next door to your house! Either way you are right in the middle of the 30A action here at the Seagrove house.

When you enter our updated Classic Seagrove gem, you will feel its unique classic vibe with a modern twist. Entering a beautiful sunroom with walls of windows, you are able to see the heart of Seagrove first hand and enjoy a perfect people watching spot. Each room is unique and fully renovated with shiplap walls and modern accents. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom is spacious and has room to sleep up to 8 with the extra pull out couch. Enjoy outdoor time under the lights on the patio and a large spacious fenced in back yard. The outdoor space also includes a grill and heated outdoor shower. Large paver parking area that can fit up to 6 cars!

Had a wonderful 2-week stay in Old Seagrove at this property. The property has been thoughtfully renovated and updated, and has a great, highly usable fenced-in outdoor space and yard (a rarity in the area). The home was perfect for our extended holiday stay.If you plan to frequent surrounding beach communities (Seaside, Grayson, etc), i highly recommend contacting the property owner to add a golf cart rental to your stay.This property will absolutely be on our watch list for future 30A vacations, highly recommend!

We had a great week-long stay here. It comfortably fit our family of 6 plus a baby for Thanksgiving week. The house was very clean and fully stocked with kitchen supplies, beach supplies, toiletries, you name it. You cannot beat the location. A short and enjoyable walk to the beach, downtown Seaside, and our favorite, the Surfing Deer restaurant. Lloyd was super responsive and helpful in answering any of our questions. We will definitely be back.
