We would definitely stay here again with our boys because of the location and they don’t really care about luxury. But if you are looking for luxury, this home is not for you. It has been very poorly maintained and not up to par with other homes we have rented in this area. I know it’s not the owners fault but it wasn’t very clean, sandy floors, the garbage can was overflowing (I called and they handled this promptly), broken plantation shutters, shutters on outside of home falling down, rotting wood everywhere, downstairs bathroom had what appeared to be mold in the corners by the bathtub, socks were left under bed, light switches are in dire need of being replaced, the garage was trashed, the pool area was covered in beer can tabs and cigarette butts and food and pine straw. I was just shocked at the overall condition of the property. Again location was great and walking distance to beach and Seaside.

Location and size was perfect for our group. But the house shows lots wear - multiple slats on the blinds in the bunk room were broken / missing. We paid extra for the pool to be heated but it kept throwing an error and stopped heating. We were only able to enjoy the heat about 1/2 of our stay. Master bedroom mattress was soft to the point of mushy. Furniture was adequate but lots of wear

Great location. House is a little outdated but that’s ok. The real issue we had was the cleanliness. The floors were very sandy upon arrival. And the beds were sandy as well.
