Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices included. 7/24 Coffee and tea availability was nice. The rooms are big and clean. Have enough equipment in the kitchen. The staff was kind and cheerful. PERFECT Location. 5 minutes to downtown & bus stop in front of the hotel. Felt like our home.
A/C could be nice in summer time.

This place can be rented throughout the year by students, so it is not just a room but a real studio, spacious and equipped with everything! The windows are big so the rooms are luminous. You can even wash and dry your clothes.
Maybe not enough chairs in the breakfast area for the room capacity of the building. Also, the drain of the shower was clogged with hair from previous occupants. Would be nice if the cleaners checked such aspects as well.

The location is excellent
Breakfast had very few choices.
They refresh your room every 3 days. Despite we noticed that when we booked the room, we realised that it's cumbersome.
We asked for two chairs, but they brought only one, stating that those were the property rules, only one chair per room, no matter that we had paid for two passengers
