Easy access to I-25 and all area attractions!! Perfect for grad celebrations for USAFA, CC and UCCS! Also MIL HOUSEHUNTING TRIPS, family/class reunions, weddings, and family vacations!!!

Very spacious and comfortably-furnished house in northwest Colorado Springs. Located in wooded area with lovely, mature landscaping and both mountain and city views. There is a lot of natural light in the house making it bright, sunny and cheerful. Quiet neighborhood with wildlife roaming - you will see deer and rabbits, and sometimes fox, bear, bobcat, etc. Very large wrap-around deck for BBQing, sunny morning breakfasts, entertaining and dining. Deck is surrounded by very mature trees making it very private and shady in the late afternoons. Plenty of sleeping space with five large bedrooms and a futon in downstairs family room. Big basement walks out to large patio and has pool table, ping pong, darts, games and large screen HDTV. DIRECTV on 3 TVs in house.
Owned by Colorado Springs natives who are happy to offer entertainment ideas and local information. Easy access to I-25, allowing you to get to all the great Colorado Springs area attractions sooner than later. Only 15 mins to US Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado College and Old Colorado City. Only 20-30 mins to Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak attractions and 1 hr to downtown Denver. Want to ski/snowboard? Only 2 1/2 hrs to Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin and Monarch. White water rafting on the Arkansas is less than 1 hr away.
Owner's are constantly updating and improving, changing out furniture, decor, kitchen items, etc. as they visit/stay in the house often when in the area and when gathering with large local family. New for 2018 summer: replaced old pool table with very nice, professional-quality pool table, added stepped path down to hammock hidden in the backyard trees, hanging porch swing on back patio in the shade, and high capacity washer/dryer! New for 2019: Downstairs carpet.

This house was perfect for our family. Close to restaurants, highway and attractions. The basement with the pool table was awesome. The kids really enjoyed playing games at night. The back porch is adorable and very private. We loved having our coffee sitting there. The walking path behind the house is really a nice one. We had a lot or room for the whole family and we could have invited friends. If we ever return to Colorado Springs I would love to stay in this house again for sure.

Two adult couples stayed at this property for ten days. We had an overall good experience. House is spacious with very nice patio. Kitchen is fully stock with quality pots and pans. Nice t.v. room with pool table and dart board. Nice peaceful neighbor with close by Costco and Safeway.

My family stayed at this house for about 5 days in July 2020. We had a house booked with Air Bnb and the host cancelled on us 3 weeks before our trip. Thankfully we found this house and it ended up being the perfect fit for us. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owners and the property manager were all very pleasant and ensured that we made it in. The location of this house is ideal for anyone wanting to get out and see some major landmarks in the area. It is very close to the Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. The house has a trail that runs right beside it. This trail leads to a playground which is so nice if you have little kids. We highly recommend this house!

1 month prior to arrival, a surprise bill comes from the owners. They claimed it as a fee to recover what VRBO charges them. I contacted VRBO and they assured me this was not an appropriate fee and the owners should refund it to me immediately. Never saw that refund, used as leverage as it was a 0% refund cancellation policy. Basement was listed as finished but had roughed in carpet, creating tripping hazards everywhere. Property manager had to tell us there was flooding. No reduced price for reduced quality from what was advertised. Washer kept leaking everywhere. A/c stopped working, property manager responded and came while we weren't there. Warning: 1 week stay only 2 rolls of tp per bathroom, no matter how many people pay to stay. Another surprise fee, they claimed we broke their sliding doors, but the doors had wood in the sliding doors for use instead of the locks. They thought to put the bill on us to make the repair. Also claimed we stole their micro usb cord and charged 12 times the cost for a replacement. I asked for the itemized receipt, and have yet to see it. Nice house, but not worth dealing with these kinds of people. At the price they are charging they should be waaaaay more accommodating not nickle and diming their patrons. Will definitely NEVER stay at this house again. Caution, they are playing monopoly as they own and are aquiring multiple properties in the same neighborhood. Avoid, stay in Manitou Springs instead, only a short drive away and closer to a lot more hiking trails.
