Die Schlüsselübergabe und kurze Info vor Ort war einfach und unkompliziert; die Kontaktperson sehr nett.
Der Vermieter stellt ein einfaches Frühstück mit Knäckebrot und Kaffee zur Verfügung.
Hoch oben am Hang ist die Nacht etwas kühler als unten in Stresa, was an heissen Sommertagen sehr angenehm ist.
Achtung: wie beschrieben ist für diese Unterkunft ein Auto / Motorrad zwingend. Das Haus liegt eingebettet zwischen anderen Häusern im Dorfkern ganz oben am Hang (Fahrt ca. 10 Min. ab Stresa). Nicht geeignet für eine Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Der Wohnbereich mit rundem Tisch, Kommode und Sofa ist altertümlich und lädt nicht wirklich zum verweilen ein.
Für uns war das gar kein Problem, da wir nur übernachtet haben in der Wohnung.

Proprietari molto attenti e cortesi, hanno fatto trovare il necessario per la prima colazione. Ottima pulizia della casa che è dotata di buon riscaldamento. Situata in un piccolo borgo in mezzo alla natura garantisce quiete e tranquillità. Ampia possibilità di parcheggio sulla strada.
La vasca da bagno ad uso doccia non è particolarmente comoda.

The owner of the house was very friendly, he helped us as much as he could to show us around. Close to Stresa, which is a nice place to visit.
Old house, outdated and too expensive versus other properties we have been in Italy. Bed was too short for me (1.85m). Would not recommend if you can find something else within 30kms.
