Apartment Avino

Śniadania jedliśmy w apartamencie, zakupy robiliśmy w pobliskim Kozumie( nie był najtańszy, ale właścicielka uprzedziła nas). W okolicy mnóstwo restauracji, kawiarni. Nie było potrzeby przemieszczać się do centrum Zadaru. Wszystko było na miejscu.

This apartment is beautiful. The owner was so welcoming and kind. The apartment is spacious and located close to the beach. It has a lovely private balcony overlooking a street with a sea view. There is a supermarket across the street. Slightly expensive but you can get the essentials from there. Would recommend Lidl for a bigger shop. Its 35 mins walk and approx 6 euros for an uber. The closest beach is a short walk away approx 5 minutes. The sunsets are the most beautiful and worth watching every night. There are lots of restaurants local. Could recommend the Mexican restaurant situated on ground floor (it is not noticeable that you are a few floors up from restaurant), Shanghai House Chinese restaurant, Capo Grill and the Famous beach bar. Trips to the old town cost approx 6-10 euros. The sea organ is beautiful and worth a visit.

There was nothing we didn't like. We didnt want to leave! But for those with mobility issues, the stairs up to the third floor apartment may be difficult for some people to manage. The second bedroom has palet beds which are low to the floor which may be difficult for people too. We were a family of 3, one adult 2 teenagers and we managed fine. Also be aware of escalating uber prices when sorting airport transfers. As an example uber from airport into Borik was 15 euro. A taxi out from Borik to the airport was 55 euro so I wish I had pre booked a transfer back. Obviously this is not reflective of the apartment in anyway and I would hope that one day we will be back to stay.

Lokalizacja , taras w widokiem na morze , czystość i wyposażenie w obiekcie. Kontakt z właścicielką , przemiła Pani umożliwiła zameldowanie dwie godziny przed czasem a w lodówce zostawiła poczęstunek . Blisko sklep spożywczy i stacja paliw. Do plaży 300 metrów. Pod mieszkaniem jest knajpka w stylu meksykańskim- zapachy cudowne i nie utrudniają pobytu - koniecznie spróbujcie serwowanych dań ! Zdjęcia odzwierciedlają rzeczywistość. Skorzystamy ponownie z oferty Pani Nataszy :)

To nawet nie jest to co się nie podobało , ale należy o tym wiedzieć - wejście to apartamentu przez wąskie kręte schody - nietuzinkowe :) z naszym 10 Latkiem mieliśmy sporo zabawy , ale osoby starsze mogą mieć kłopot z wejściem .

Sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.

Ein wenig laut aufgrund der vielbefahrenen Straße.
