Relaxing

The apartment was spotless, all the furniture and equipment were new. The Appartement location was the best, far away from the noise of the center, and close to the bus stop (120 m) and :-) close to the ice cream booth, maybe 250 m to the beach. Very nice helpful landlord. All the equipement that we needed was already in the appartment.

Everything in the apartment was new and modern. The appliances are unused and silent, the refrigerator and the dishwasher are very large. The owners had also left a brand new crib for our baby as well as a baby high chair. They were still at the boxes from the store! The hosts allowed us a very early check-in and a late check-out, which was very important for us with a baby. They were extremely kind and helpful and answered every single question very quickly. Perfect apartment for a family vacation with all that we would possibly need!

No one bothered us about anything and we only regret that we stayed for just 6 nights.

Modern und komplett eingerichtetetes Apartment in schöner Umgebung.

Unser Aufenthalt im Appartement war insgesamt in sehr gut, jedoch mit einigen Unstimmigkeiten. **Empfang & Begrüßung:** Der Empfang war angenehm und pünktlich zur kommunizieren Ankunftszeit. Ein Vertreter des Besitzers empfing uns freundlich und begrüßte uns mit Obst, Wein und gekühlten Getränken – eine nette Geste. Es wurde ein Satz Haustürschlüssel ausgehändigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer selbst funktionierte jederzeit schnell und reibungslos, er zeigte sich entgegenkommend und kulant. **Ausstattung & Zustand:** Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel, alle Lampen und elektrischen Geräte funktionierten problemlos. Die Küche verfügt über umfangreiche Utensilien zum Kochen und Reinigen, jedoch sind Gläser und Geschirr für mehr als 2 Personen etwas knapp bemessen. **Sauberkeit & Praktikabilität:** Die Sauberkeit war bei Ankunft gut. Ist sind alle möglichen Reinigungsutensilien vorhanden. **Raumaufteilung & Komfort:** Das Appartement ist für 4 erwachsene Personen ausgelegt. Anders als angegeben, gibt es jedoch nur ein Badezimmer sowie eine separate Gästetoilette. Die Betten sind bequem. **Lärm & Schallisolierung:** Die Schallisolierung im Gebäude ist nicht überragend. Gespräche, Schritte und Wassergeräusche (Toilettenspülung oder Duschen) der Nachbarn waren deutlich hörbar. Die Schlafzimmer zeigen in Richtung einer 24h geöffneten Spielhalle, zu der auch Nachts lautstark Besucher an- und abfahren. Das Appartement liegt schön und gut erreichbar an einer lauten Durchgangsstraße. **Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos:** Die Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos muss beim Besitzer vorab angefragt werden. Sie wird bei Bedarf bereitgestellt. Aufgrund der schwachen öffentlichen Ladeinfrastruktur in Zadar ist das empfehlenswert.

Ein zweites Badezimmer (wie im Beschreibungstext angegeben), die Nutzung der Ladestation für Elektroautos und ein zweites Paar Haustürschlüssel hätten unseren Komfort erhöht. Bzgl. der Ladestation gab es am Ankunftstag eine Fehlinformation, die zu einem Missverständnis führte. Sie hätte für uns auf Nachfrage installiert werden können.
