Spacious Apartment Borik & Parking

Mario was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He welcomed us on arrival, explained all the apartment features, and gave great recommendations for local beaches, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The ground-floor apartment includes two bedrooms, a combined kitchen and living room, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet. A pleasant surprise was the spacious balcony/terrace, which wasn't shown in the photos, complete with seating and a place to dry clothes. The listing on Booking.com is accurate, and all the amenities were as described. Both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The location is ideal—just a few minutes' walk to grocery stores, restaurants, a bakery, and several beaches. For a short stay, there’s no need for a car since everything is within walking distance or easily reachable by bus or Bolt. The old city of Zadar is about a 1-hour walk away.

The key box was broken, which would have been useful for late check-ins. Also, the kitchen could use a toaster and basic cooking essentials like salt and oil.

The location was perfect for us. It's quiet, the sea is near and in the area are restaurants and market places. The apartment was perfect, and the owner was very nice with us.
