Our stay was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was great from the moment we arrived. The house was exceptionally clean, beautifully styled with a charming rustic touch while still feeling modern and elegant, and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was especially well equipped, making it a pleasure to cook, and the fresh bread delivered every morning was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. The house was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. Having complimentary access to the sauna and jacuzzi made the stay even more special. The host was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning terrace with its amazing ocean views. We truly loved our stay and would not hesitate to return or recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Sao Miguel.

Comfortable attractive accommodations for two. Stayed three nights. Welcome treat of cookies, bread, cheese and a bottle of wine.  Fresh bread every morning. The host was extremely accommodating and agreed to permit us to have an early check-in. We were arriving early after a red-eye flight. Unfortunately I forgot to remind the host we were arriving early. After multiple attempts to contact the host when we arrived early (we arrived when we said we would…between 9-10am), we decided we should leave after leaving messages and waiting for 30-40 minutes and go somewhere for breakfast though we were so exhausted after a sleepless night of travel. But I looked back as my partner was driving away, and there, lo and behold, someone was opening the gate! I share this lengthy description only to say that you should remind the host of an early check-in. (Obviously it would’ve been easy for the host to just have initially said Sorry! Cannot help you. But instead the host was quite accommodating.) Great view of the ocean from the hot tub area. Also there is a good restaurant nearby Mômô Restaurant located at Sensi Nature Spa and Resort.

Liked everything. Limited dinner spots nearby but that's ok. The drive to town is beautiful along the hydrangea-lined roads.

This property is outstanding in many areas: incredible clean, incredible quality of the place, everything appeared to be completely new., modern, cozy, practical, outstanding jacuzzi and the cleanest I have ever seen. The sauna and sport area also looked super new and clean.

Clean, staff was friendly. We were welcomed with local products (cheese, liqueur, biscuits). Kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom is big with a big shower and bathrobes. The bed was very comfortable. Private parking. There is a washing machine. Easy check in and communication.

The apartment was practically in the basement, very dark, next to the street where there were street works the whole time we stayed. The kitchen is small, the light too bright and the tiny table and chairs very uncomfortable. Technically there is a table outside, but behind a bush and with view of walls... We we're not allowed to use the terrace you see on the pictures let alone the pool. Overall I was very disappointed. What was advertised as luxury apartments was in our case a dark and uncomfortable apartment. I felt very fooled by the online presentation. The other apartments are probably nicer but I will not be coming back to find out...
