House situated in a quiet street in the center of the village of Mosteiros, overlooking the mountain and the sea, with every possible comfort, featuring garden and pool for exclusive use of guests. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located less than 1km from the beach (black sand) and the natural pools. Television with cable and wifi internet. The place is larger than they appear in the photos. The place is clean , close to a few of the sites and a natural pool and sete citades. It is about a 45 minute drive to Ponta Delgada, but a very easy drive. David was quick to respond to any questions. Check-in was easy. Overall a great place.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, our vacation had to be adjusted last minute. David was nothing but kind, accommodating, and so easy to communicate with. Looking forward to our next trip and will definitely rent here again!

We loved our stay here. The location is incredible. The pool and back yard were also fantastic.
