The view, spacious rooms, location and cleanliness. Having access to laundry was very helpful.
Just minor - no salt, pepper or olive oil for basic cooking.

Beautiful garden, good location, nice view, comfortable house
• The gate can be opened with a code, but for the house key you need to call the staff.
• One of the garage spaces was occupied (apparently by the owner’s car), and we had two cars.
• One of the bedrooms had no ceiling light (missing bulb).
• The bathroom had two sinks, but only one faucet was working, and there was no hot water in the toilet and bidet taps.
• Cockroaches were running around in the laundry room and garage.
