Casa da Pedreira is a tourism project in the Country, simple and welcoming, that gives you a real Azorean experience.
To stay with family or friends, it offers 3 double bedrooms, living room, reading room, kitchen with traditional wood oven, bathroom and all the necessary filling to make you feel very comfortable.
Outside, it has an area of 4 square 000m in warm, fresh and quiet corners, as well as a huge green area where you can give your imagination. There is also a square 200m plan space, ideal for playing ball, skating, biking, etc.
Located outside of the massif of the Seven Cities, Casa da Pedreira, is 1km from the beach of the Monasteries, 2km from the natural pools of the Monasteries, about 5km from the emblematic Seven Cities Lagoon and the natural pool of hot water, Smithy. The city of Ponta Delgada is a distance of 28km and the airport 25km.
The view over the town, sea and mountains is spectacular and the sunsets are breathtaking. To best take advantage of these panoramas have at their disposal a terrace with a barbecue, hammocks and everything needed to live the garden.

The best part about this property was the patio, which faced the ocean. The view was fantastic, and we enjoyed watching the sun set and having cocktails every night.

The property owners were very helpful and made our stay lovely. The view is unbeatable over the ocean and the town is small and quiet, that was perfect by us! The weather is charmingly changeable. This island is full of helpful, organized, respectful people. Highly recommend!

This charming traditional cottage is perched on a hill offering beautiful views of the sea, islets & Mosteiros village. There is both an enclosed patio space and outdoor patio so the views can be enjoyed in any weather. It is in an ideal spot for watching the sunsets.
There is also a steep but easily accessible walking path to the village.
I loved the stone floors and traditional furnishings of the interior. Items to note are the bed sizes are double, not queen or king size. Also, the 2 spacious bathrooms are separate from the bedrooms. We were a couple so the floorplan was fine, but may be a concern for friends sharing the space. My favorite feature was the outdoor shower with views of the village.
Communication was quick and efficient. The owner met us for check in and gave us local recommendations. We had a little trouble finding the home so I recommend verifying the coordinates or pin in Googles map before arrival. Off street parking was a bonus.
I highly recommend this villa.
