Good quality, good price, lovely pool and surroundings

Perfect location,lovely owner, great swimming pool. Great choice for tourists who want to relax a bit, and then do some interesting sightseeing. The apartment is located in the real Tuscan countryside, which makes the experience much more genuine. It is surrounded by sunflower fields! But the drive to Cortona takes no more than 10 minutes. Important for the summer: both the fan in the bedroom and the air-condition in the kitchen work fine. It was quite easy to keep the pleasant temperature in the flat, especially when we closed windows for the day.

Well, this is nothing serious, but important to me, and potentially some other guests as well. The walls inside the apartment are painted in very intense, bright colours, and the lights are cold and dark. I found it disturbing at first, later got used to it a bit. I know it is a matter of preference, so I give the highest possible rating, but I myself would like the apartment much more if it were lighter- white walls, soft, warm light.

Stay in a stylish country apartment

The property is decorated in a classic old style, which perfectly matches the location in which it is located. The apartment itself is located among fields and meadows. Despite the old style furnishings, everything sparkled clean and worked. Access to the pool was possible 24 hours a day, and the pool itself was clean. A refreshment awaited the apartment, which was enough for a few Italian-style breakfasts, and cold water in the fridge. The owners turned out to be very friendly and helpful with all matters. Location mainly for people with their own car.

Quiet location, 10 min from Cortona. Good facilities, very clean and friendly owner. The room has a coffee machine and they give you croissants and water, a nice gesture!

Siamo rimasti soddisfatti della struttura e della disponibilità del signor Giancarlo( proprietario)

La posizione comoda,immersa nella campagna circostante Cortona,a poca distanza dal centro della cittadina,si fa agevolmente avanti e indietro in pochi minuti di macchina. Pace,silenzio e tranquillità! Abbiamo riposato benissimo senza rumori noi e il nostro cane,nonostante fosse la notte del 31 dicembre,abbiamo scelto questa struttura perché lontana dal caos del centro cittadino.

Non abbiamo trovato nulla da migliorare,struttura bellissima perché ex monastero ,mura antiche,materiali originali ma confort moderno nei servizi e nell'appartamento,spazioso e ben rifinito. Campagna a perdita d'occhio e vista sulla cittadina di Cortona.

Natale in famiglia immersi nel verde

Immersi nel verde, accolti con un sorriso, in questa struttura, ex convento. Con un piccolo cambiamento ed una spesa irrisoria, la casa sarebbe bellissima, una bella rinfrescata alle pareti ed un cambio stile delle coperte, aiuterebbe a questo miglioramento la casa. Casa calda, riscaldamento e condizionatori, soddisfano ogni esigenza. Gradita la colazione e le cialde caffè ed orzo. Parcheggio privato e vicinanza alle zone da visitare

Letto poco comodo, sia il matrimoniale che i singoli. Cuscini scomodi per chi vuole metterli vicino la testata del letto che è di ferro

Ubicato in campagna, ottima per sfuggire al caldo di città. Bella la piscina ma verde trascurato e casa sporca. Cuscini gialli, materassi sporchi (addirittura in uno c'era scritto "da buttare"), stoviglie sporche e tante ragnatele alle finestre....abbiamo lasciato l'appartamento prima. Brutta esperienza!!!

Relax nella campagna toscana

Immersi nella campagna ai piedi del colle di Cortona, due piccoli appartamenti al secondo piano di un'antica casa. L'arredamento è essenziale, la pulizia buona. Bellissima la vista di Cortona dalla finestra della camera. Valore aggiunto il relax nella bella piscina. Il sig.Giancarlo simpaticissimo anfitrione.

Solo qualche piccolo particolare: i materassi potrebbero essere più comodi, manca una mensola o un mobiletto in bagno, in cucina servirebbe uno scolapiatti di maggiori dimensioni. Per l'estate, zanzariere alle finestre.

Spazi davvero ampi, arredamento tipico, molto accogliente. Con la cucina, a disposizione microonde, macchinetta del caffè moka, stoviglie. Abbiamo trovato il necessario per la colazione. Pulizia impeccabile.

Ho prenotato entrambi gli appuntamenti e la struttura era tutta per noi. Eravamo 2 famiglie ognuno col suo appartamento ma in realtà quando volevamo era uno solo x stare tutti assieme. È stato molto bello
