It is a small-ish place but it is very comfortable, very clean, a very quiet location in a residential area. Good ac, a parking space in the courtyard. Lovely host. Good communication. Very much recommend!

The hostess was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The accommodation is conveniently located, about a 15-minute walk from the sandy Borik Beach and only a 3-minute walk from a local grocery store where you can find many private-label products at excellent prices. Bus stops were also nearby, making it easy to get around. The apartment was equipped with both air conditioning and a washing machine, which we could use without any restrictions or additional charges. The hostess was even willing to provide laundry detergent if we needed it, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Although the gas stove was not working, there was an older-style electric cooktop available, which we were able to use without any major inconvenience. We were also pleasantly surprised to find cold drinking water waiting for us in the refrigerator and ice already prepared in the freezer upon arrival. The apartment was stocked with plenty of toilet paper, which was very convenient. Hand soap was provided in the bathroom as well. The hostess also told us that if we needed anything at all during our stay, we could simply call or message her at any time, which made us feel very well looked after.

There were quite a few ants. In the kitchen, even a tiny crumb on the floor would attract them almost immediately, and they would also appear in the bathroom even without any food being present. Another minor inconvenience was the lack of a microwave. Shower gel was not provided, so guests should bring their own. Other than these small issues, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back again in the future. Thank you!

Pretty much everything was good. Nice value for the money. Kind hosts. Cozy and enjoyable stay.

Maybe I would only recommend them to try and do something with occasional smell coming probably from drain in the bathroom. But it wasn't that bad.
