The owner is amazing, very helpful and kind, we didn’t have any problems with communication, he explained everything and let us rest after arrival. We didn’t have any problems, everything worked properly and it was a really nice stay!
During the summer the apartment on the attic gets very hot, the AC is only in the bedroom and it’s hard to function in the kitchen during the day, in the night it’s also hard to sleep in the living room. We read some reviews before we booked so we were fine with it, but it might be important for those who can’t handle high temperatures.

The entire staff is very kind and helpful. There’s a beach not far from the apartment. Room was clean and has AC. We found a local restaurant “El Capo” (10 min walking), delicious.

It was a very clean and well organised stay. The hosts were really kind and accommodating. The location is really close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and convenience stores. It is a 30 minute walk to the old town, but it’s easy to grab an uber or a bus. We chose to walk though because the beaches were really pretty on this side of Zadar.

Soggiorno di tre notti nel complesso discreto. Zona tranquilla e parcheggio disponibile davanti alla casa. Apprezzata anche la disponibilità del proprietario nel permetterci di usare la lavatrice di un altro appartamento.
La lavatrice non era presente come indicato nell’annuncio. L’aria condizionata era solo in camera da letto. Essendo una mansarda, gli spazi hanno altezze ridotte e le porte sono basse, poco comode per persone alte. La cucina è piuttosto datata e gli utensili erano essenziali. Il letto era molto scomodo, con materasso deformato, e si fa fatica a dormire bene. Anche il bagno presenta alcuni aspetti da migliorare, come lo scarico della doccia lento e la disposizione del boiler sopra il WC.
