This is a good place to stay if you would like to explore Zadar and the islands nearby.

Our host was really kind, the apartment is nice, the bus stop is 150 meters away from the accommodation and it takes around 30 minutes to get to the old town by walk.

Cannot mention any.

Great!

Hosts are very, very kind and helpfull. Room was very nice and cozy, and it's very close to the beach. Also, there are a lot of restaurants and bars near the house, and even downtown can be reached in about 20 minites by foot if you don't want to use a cab. We will deffinitely be back next year!

We had a wonderful holiday in wonderful conditions.

The apartment is very comfortable. Our family arrived late at night and the owners met us. The distance to the sea is 5-7 minutes on foot, to the Uskok beach 15-20 minutes on foot, to the nearest grocery shop 3 minutes on foot. The owners are very attentive to visitors, often treated us to national dishes. Very quiet and safe area for recreation. I highly recommend these apartments.

Pleasant

-friendly owners -the location, nearby (5 min walk) is a good restaurant Mamma mia (we ate twice in this place, good prices for delicious food), 35 min walk to old town. -parking space and the owner even let us park on car in the garage.

-our room was in the attic so imagine the temperature. And that's because they had an air conditioner just in the bedroom so in the living room/kitchen (which is a very small room) it was difficult to even breathe. Even if we let the door open, the air conditioner barely managed to cool down the bedroom. -because it was so hot, we had to sleep with the windows open, but they didn't have mosquito net so it was pretty difficult to sleep. -we knew that for a cheap price we couldn't expect luxury, but a least an average confort.

Superb

The hosts greeted us with a lovely glass of cold juice upon arrival. Perfectly out of the town center situated on a quiet street. Only a 10 minute drive into Zadar and a 15 minute walk to the amazing beaches. Everything we needed for a short stay in Zadar. Thank you

It is a really nice place and the host was very helpful, at the check-in as well as the check-out. I could leave my baggage there the whole day before leaving and even take a shower even though i had already checked out.

The only thing I noticed is that the house is not very soundprooved

Dacă nu ești pretențios sau dacă esti obosit, poți rezerva pentru o noapte! Nu mai mult!

Doamna Jelena este un om minunat! Casa este frumoasă, înconjurată de o grădină extraordinară. Zona de proximitate este frumoasă și inspira siguranță.

La capitolul curățenie ar fi indicat să se insiste mult mai mult (în special baia, prosoapele și vesela din apartament). Mobilierul este învechit, patul necesita schimbarea saltelei și a pernelor, tv-ul prinde foarte puține programe, cu maaaare dificultate, wifi slab!

Największą zaletą zdecydowanie jest gospodyni. Była bardzo miła i pomocna. Kiedy przyjechaliśmy czekała na nas z wodą i sokiem, kolejnego dnia nawet poczęstowała nas własnoręcznie upieczonym ciastem. W apartamencie było bardzo dużo miejsca, ogólnie wszystko było w porządku, polecam!

Zamiast zwykłej kołdry dostaliśmy pościel złożoną z prześcieradła, narzuty i czegoś w rodzaju koca. To było trochę dziwne, ale myślę że może mieć sens latem, kiedy w Chorwacji jest naprawdę gorąco. Zawsze można zdjąć jedną warstwę. Łazienka była bardzo mała. Apartament jest dosyć daleko od centrum Zadaru. Generalnie to niewielkie wady, bo pobyt i miejsce oceniam bardzo pozytywnie.
