I needed a full mirror in my room

Ignore all the totally irrelevant photos of someone surfing and rest on Booking.com. THIS IS A REALLY GREAT PLACE. We stayed in a double bed room for 4 nights. It had 2 available power outlets on each side of the bed, bedside tables plus bedside lights on a switch. The bed is comfortable with 4 pillows to choose from. It had a large fridge with a freezer & iceblock tray, 2 large mugs for coffee or a beer, not the normal small glasses and cups. The room was a comfortable size, the bathroom large for Bali, and the shower had a curtain. We asked for a kettle & got one, as the room didn't have one. The traffic noise down the small lane was noticeable only when a noisy bike passed, about2 pernight. The breakfast, included in our room cost of 324,000Rp per night was not large but nice and certainly adequate. Everything in the room worked perfectly except the ceiling fan, which was not needed as the air-conditioner was great and the bedside tables needed propping up. Otherwise, the property is well maintained, a change from most other motels in Bali - even the expensive ones. There is a large free drinking water dispenser, plus they provide 2 x 600mls of bottled water on the 1st day. You then fill the empty bottles from the bulkwater dispenser. There are only 5 rooms, and the property is run by a family who reside at one end of the property. Their end looks a bit of a mess, but the hotel end is nice. The property, for the price and location, is excellent. They just have to fix the bedside tables. Access to the beach is very close by through the Ku De Ta access road. The curtains do not block out the sunlight in the mornings, so you may wake up earlier than you wish to. There's a sewerage smell in the bathroom, but this is fairly common on any ground floor rooms across Bali. All you need to do is place a plastic bag over the shower waste & and weigh it down with something like the shampoo bottle, etc. We can highly recommend the Nadi Alit Homestay.

Staff were helpful. Good location - close to the beach and restaurants and bars. But still a quiet location.

A little old and tired, the towels had definitely seen better days. But this was a very small downside.

Homely small hotel on a sideroad. Close to busy areas with beachclubs and restaurants. Not a luxurious hotel but a good option för a low price. Really nice staff.

A big cochroach ran out of the bathroom and hide under the bed, didnt manage to find it. Not a pleasant experience but nothing I can blame the hotel for.

Extremely friendly staff, spacious & clean room, breakfast included, couldn’t ask for more. We had a late flight and hosts went the extra mile to ensure we had somewhere to shower & change after a day at the beach & allowed us to store our luggage.

I loved everything about my stay here. Room was spacious, I had a nice balcony, breakfast was very good and the staff so welcoming. They organize tours and surfing classes

Great location just near the beach and Ku De Ta, spacious rom with very good AC, nice breakfast porch for included breakfast and friendly staff. Massage place just a few along is clean, well-priced with excellent service.

Decor is a bit old-fashioned and shower head needs attention but overall these are very minor distractions.

For the price its ok but its a homes stay with very minimal facility

Not that very clean but again price was less.. so if you really want clean rooms with facilities then go for hotel instead of homestay

Very beautiful inner yard and ok room for that price. Very kind staff that let us store our bags here and easy to communicate with and offered good airport pickup, super helpful. Breakfast included in this price was impressive. Very cheap and if you want luxury you have to pay more of course

A bit dirty bathroom, and showerhead was a bit strange but nothing too bad, you get what you pay for. We only stayed one night but could’ve stayed more

It's a quaint family b and b located very close to the beach and well maintained and a cosy property. Breakfast was available plus the price was quite cheap for the cleanliness and facilities provided which were basic. There's a family temple inside the property too and the family is quite welcoming.

The location at night seems a bit desolate to walk so even for a small distance we took a a Grab but overall we came to know it's pretty safe to walk around at night. So a very small inconvenience but can be overlooked IMO

Aircon worked well, TV was okay but green. Bfast okay, Beach is walking distance, but there is hardly any cafe nearby except for a bar called Kudeta...

Location was hidden behind the perimeter wall of Oberoi Resort. The path could be uncomfortable to walk along at night. The compound is full of bushes and plants, one would expect a snake to cross your path, especially at night. It's a dark garden surrounding the rooms.. There are only a few eating places nearby, it's mostly shops and spas around. Even on the beach, there's only the Kudeta bar close by. One has to walk far to find other cafes or restos.

I loved how close to the beach it is. The breakfast is cheap. The room is inexpensive.

The light on the AC lights up the room at night. They have a dog that barks all night. When I asked them, the lady told me her husband said it was another dog; the following night I hear a dog barking a lot so o get out of my room to verify and it was indeed their dog barking. And they don’t bring him in their house so it happens every night. The bathroom smells really bad and has no ventilation. The door let’s sound in and you hear people talk outside your door. The bed is done in and caves in the middle.

The location is a resident's house close to the beach, has a spacious room, a comfortable and clean bed, there is WiFi and a big refrigerator too. the host very friendly and helpful, there is a dog that guards the house but wasn't disturb visitors, it's name gembul.

This is a charming lush homestay with a great relaxing atmosphere.

Everything was great. From the staff, to the room and the location. I had a great stay! I recommend ++++

It was really like a home. The owner was very friendly, smiling, welcoming. Breakfast was simple but good. I just loved the pancakes with bananas and the honey (without sugar). Beach was close (fdor walking, and surfers -beginners).

Value-for-money budget room in a quieter location just off the main road: steps away from a few good local restaurants, convenience stores, laundry. The main stretch of shops and cafes is just 5 to 10 minutes easy-walk away. The beach-front landmark Ku De Ta bar/restaurant is just round the corner! Gede, the helpful owner can help in transport arrangements..

For of all, Gede picked me up at the airport. The flight arrived at 12:00 midnight but I didn't get through immigration and customs until after 2:00 am! Second, Nadialit is located on a narrow, quiet street just a 4 minute walk from the beach and Ku De Ta, which is an awesome place to hang out. I had lunch and dinner there while watching the crashing waves, listening to great music, and just hanging out. Then that evening, I saw the Folctronic Kermesse concert at Ku De Ta under the open sky and the crashing waves. This morning, Gede is going to drive me to my next destination: Ubud. This is my first time in Bali and I'm loving it! I highly recommend staying at Nadialit and I will do it again! Also, the breakfast for me -omelette, coffee, fruit - was perfect!
