Nadialit is a decent home stay within walking distance of shops and the beach. Three breakfast options are offered: each comprises fruit or juice, tea/coffee, and something cooked (eggs or noodles). In addition, there is a large canister of drinking water that guests can help themselves to. However, not being much of a breakfast person, I decided to skip breakfast. The host provides transport and was extremely obliging - and tolerant given the traffic and rain he needed to drive through.
It wasn't the fault of Nadialit, but there was a constant smell of stagnant water. Unfortunately, the drains around Seminyak seemed to be carrying quite a bit of grey, smelly water, no doubt exacerbated by the above-average rainfall the region has been receiving. Also, the water out of the taps is horrific. I've always been able to make a decent cup of tea from boiling mains water wherever I've been staying in Bali, but this wasn't possible in Seminyak, I'm assuming due to high salinity? However, as indicated above, a canister of bottled water is always on hand at the home stay, so for those who enjoy a wake-up tea or coffee, use that unless you enjoy the taste of boiled seawater.

For the price its ok but its a homes stay with very minimal facility
Not that very clean but again price was less.. so if you really want clean rooms with facilities then go for hotel instead of homestay
