Easy Check In and overall good facilities. Good Internet and kitchen ware as well.

For family its very disgusting because Toilet and Bathroom dont have locks. They are transperant with just small opaque lines on glass. No privacy and Toilet is visible. Someone sitting on toiet seat is simply visible from room. Its very embarrasing since you can litrally see toilet seat through glass partition.. Its not like hotel and Rooms are not even cleaned on regular basis. If someone is staying for 3 or more days, its difficult to use same towels for 3 days.

We absolutely adored the location. We stayed at smartments to go to a concert in the alianz arena and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. We took a taxi and where there within 10 minutes. To reach the middle of the city was also incredibly easy. In our room they left an information booklet about which ways of transport we could take and it was really easy to figure out how to take the metro from there. It was only a 10 minute walk to the supermarket and the metro station and then another 5 to 10 min metro ride to the middle of the city. I am definetly booking with them again if I go back to münchen.

We aren't used to the parking garage style they have so it took us a bit to both figure out how to get the garage open and how to park within the garage, especially cause we came with a bigger car. Besides that the only thing of note was that the overhead shower head was a bit dirty so we used the wall showerhead instead. Neither of those things will keep us from returning though!

The only truly positive note of this stay was Djon. During the time we lived there, he was always extremely supportive with every need and request. He is an extraordinary person—kind, helpful, and someone you can always rely on. Without a doubt, his presence made a real difference in our stay and allowed us to feel comfortable. He is the real added value of the place and significantly raises the level of the property. We would also like to sincerely thank and mention other staff members who deserve recognition: Nedim, Mii (sorry if we spelled it in the wrong way), Tamari and the newly hired technician.

As for cleanliness, unfortunately, it leaves a lot to be desired. On several occasions, we found the room not truly clean after the weekly housekeeping, and we also encountered stained towels and bed linens. Another downside is the bathroom design. The glass bathrooms offer no privacy at all. In addition, the coat hooks placed on the mirror make it impossible to use it when jackets are hanging there, and there is a lack of hooks in the bathroom for towels. It doesn’t seem like any thought went into the design of the rooms, which are already very small. Everything feels superficially aesthetic rather than functional. Even the beds can be too small for two people. The location is not great, as it is on the outskirts of the city and directly facing the highway. Overall, as a temporary accommodation it is okay, but there are better options available, sspecially if you are tourists and only need to stay for a few days.
