Friendly, helpful staff that remembered from the last two visits, in 2024 7 2025.
The bathroom sink was clogged and drained slowly. It was cleared after I mentioned it to the front desk.

A quiet place, quite close to the center and there are some interesting public spaces around. Bathroom is especially comfortable.
To notice: if you’re arriving from a bus/metro stop by feet, the road to the hotel is not smooth enough to cary a large suitcase on the wheels.

The price was reasonable for Munich. Staff were friendly. The location was easy to access with car and train. City center was near. There were many restaurants around the Hotel. The checkout was until 12:00.
The carpeted floors had brown stains. The bed were not comfortable. The shower hose and head was loos and pointing the wall all the time. The Parking Entrance was very steep and its doors were very small.
