It was out a bit from the city center but the tram and bus stops were both close and it was easy to transfer anywhere we wanted to go. They had a nice bar and restaurant area and an outside seating area. There are heated tiles in the bathroom although the ones in our room were broken; they worked for others in our group. The a/c was broken in our room and we had to sleep with the windows open, which wouldn’t have been bad in late September had it not been so humid. We told the front desk about it but nothing was ever done.
The staff was atrocious: Rude, unhelpful, and definitely unwilling to help with anything. We asked them to fix the a/c but they never did, nor would they move us to another room. One of the members of our group was chastised for bringing in an outside beverage; meanwhile others literally had their pants down and were being spanked in the middle of the restaurant but no one said anything to them.
