    The staff is very nice and helpful. The place is well-connected; a tram station just nearby, and a bus station even closer. U-bahn station is also not far away. The place was well kept and clean, with all basic amenities in the room. Highly recommend!

    Ein einfaches Hotel, ruhige Lage, weil nicht direkt an der verkehrsreichen Straße, wir hatten ein einfaches und relativ großes Zimmer (22 m2), das kein Luxus oder Komfort darstellt, aber es ist funktionell, mit allem, was man braucht. Wir fühlten uns unterm Strich wohl. Das Bett ist gut, ein bisschen härter als Durchschnitt, aber durchaus angenehm und elastisch zum Schlafen. Die Kissen sind etwas kleiner und härter, aber es geht. Ein kleines Manko in meinen Augen ist die Breite des Bettes. (Queensbett). 2 x 90 cm wären für mich besser, aber so geht es ja auch. :-) Die Fenster sind schön, groß, sie dichten und isolieren gut. Die Ventilation scheint gut zu funktionieren. Zumindest, solange draußen unter 20 C herrscht, was während unseres Besuches im Juli der Fall war. Was bei hohen Temperaturen passiert, das können wir nicht beurteilen. Das Badezimmer selbst ist nicht allzu groß, doch die Duschkabine ist dafür großzügig bemessen, es gibt ausreichend Platz drinnen, die Brause funktioniert ausgezeichnet, sodass uns das Duschen wirklich Spaß machte. :-) Allerdings fehlen kleine Handtücher. Die großen sind schon da. Parken kann man auf dem Hotel-Parkplatz für zirka 15-16 euro pro Tag oder man kann in der Nebenstraße einen gratis Parkplatz suchen, was nicht immer sofort gelingt. Wir nahmen kein Frühstück, aber wir haben viel Gutes darüber gelesen. Der Preis ist 20 euro pro Person. Die Fahrräder konnten wir netterweise sicher in den Räumlichkeiten des Hotels verstauen. Das Personal war an sich einfach, nett und informell, unaufdringlich, ohne gekünstelte Lächeln und ohne überbetonte Höflichkeit, was uns persönlich ok war. :-) Alles in allem sind wir zufrieden, zumal man den für München (Schwabing!) relativ günstigen Preis in Betracht zieht. Die Lage ist zwar nicht top, aber die ist auch gar nicht so schlecht, nicht zu weit vom Zentrum, der Englische Garten ist auch nicht zu weit. Die Gegend ist nicht allzu romantisch, dafür herrscht Ruhe, was uns wichtig ist. Das Hotel ist für alle, die ein gutes Preis-Leitungsverhältnis suchen und die keine allzu große 4-5 Sterne Hotel Erwartungen haben, zu empfehlen.
